I had a birthday recently and got a great gift that will be good news for all of you. I am the proud owner of a 1961 copy of Julia Child’s “Mastering the Art of French Cooking.”
It’s my goal to make Julia gluten-free and share my adventures with you. I’ll warn you now: I’m not going to fool around with her pastry recipes. I wasn’t a great baker when I cooked with flour, so tackling Julia Child’s recipes without it are for another day. I’ll be sticking with the savory recipes.
I can’t wait to get started. I’ll pick my first recipe soon and blog about it.
